Ha! Get up, walk for 1/2 hr, go to work, some sort of soccer several nights a week and weekends, surf the net/watch a little tv, go to bed. I do find the time to squeeze in some laundry and unload/load the dishwasher. Rinse and repeat. My life

I wanted to make sure I had enough time to get my walk in. I have noticed it’s harder to eat healthy in the summer, which you wouldn’t think would be the case. I want all the unhealthy summer foods course I’m a picky eater also. Lol. Thanks Dale, we are participating in a Tournament for Roswell Park (Cancer treatment/research place in Buffalo) not sure if it’s known outside of NY. Good way to keep the kids active since the travel season is over and raise money for cancer.
