Things have settled back down to our normal level of chaos at work...after another rough day yesterday, ended up going out for margaritas with the boss last night...they were definitely well earned.
Sara, sorry you had to go back to work today, but hey, at least it's a short week for you!

Hope everyone had a nice day!! Tonight was our turn for pork chops. We were supposed to have them Monday but they were still thawing. I have to remember to separate before putting in freezer Lucy even got one, raw of course. Lol.
Have to work late tomorrow night.

glad things have settled down for you at least to normal chaos I am definitely happy it’s a short week. One good thing about this time of year, is that this is when most of my vacation days are used. And I’ve earned another 3 vacation days for reaching 14 years of employment
it will actually be 15 in January, but I went out on maternity leave and that pushed my Anniversary to October.

I don’t mind it raw, but it can’t be bitter obviously, and unfortunately you can’t taste test it at the store. I really like it in my chili and soups (yesssss I actually put a couple stalks, cut up in my chiliI really hate celery

Wowza, I just handed out a BUNCH of red x's.
I love celery, but have just flat out quit buying because like Sara said, you can't taste test it, and I kept getting bitter bunches.
Cheese is healthy, it's dairy, the key is moderation.
I've been busy as a bee cleaning today....I'm wooped.
