The boys had some sort of crunchy snack with theirs. I added cheese and sour cream. It was good. Better than I thought actually. I was kinda sad it was all gone

Guess I’ll have to make some more.

Tomorrow is grilled stuffed chicken and Monday, pork chops.

Have the weekend off, my car is still at the shop. Now the van needs brakes bad. He is so busy I asked if he could have a bay open so I can work on the van myself.

Yesterday I started making a meat sauce that I still need to finish today for dinner tonight

He hasn’t even looked at it yet it has been there since Wednesday if I don’t fix the van myself today I could be in trouble since I don’t have another vehicle

Storm is rolling through, stinks because it was finally a gorgeous day to get outside. 67 degrees, sunny.

Sorry about your cars, Joey. Is he gonna open a bay for you?

Basil is poking through, yay!! And when I was outside saw the iris’s and day lilies are coming up.

Hoping to get out for a quick walk as the sun has returned but it looks dark to the north.

Omgosh. The chicken on the grill was amazing. I’m made mashed tates and frozen corn to go with. Mmm.
