Put a pork roast in the crockpot this morning, too much to fit even after deboning so we have pork steak for another day.

Just finished watching Phantom of the Opera on that Andrew Lloyd Webber’s YouTube channel. Amazing!!!
Yum to both the roast and grilling. We were supposed to have stir fry but DH ordered a plant bench to hold his aero garden and he’s putting it together. Have I ever told you that I am the puttertogetherer of all things. Bless his heart. He means well.

I defrosted some already cooked ground beef and made spaghetti with meat sauce.
Better get to that movie!! It might be a good one. I’m a huge fan of broadway shows. I’ve seen a few. Some more than once.
