Good morning all.

Wow, reading about and seeing pictures of all the food has me hungry now, especially for pizza!

Lovely Sunday inspiration Dale, as always!
So glad you had an outing, it was time.

Same stuff, different day here.
*sigh*, I won't complain, but it's like being stuck inside the movie Groundhogs Day, just a different storytime. LoL

Absolutely nothing interesting to report from here, but I suppose that's a good thing.

Happy Sunday all.

Good morning, dale and Lori

Good morning Dale and Lori

I spy some delicious bacon there. Thank you. We had some today too with blueberry waffles. Perfect quotes. :)
Good morning Ladies

I’m about to make some bacon and eggs

I tried to find stock photos of cookies/waffles for you. But it wouldn’t let me upload them :( And apparently I never took any pics of *my* lemon sugar cookies.

Pretend there are no blueberries in these ;)
Aw, aren’t you sweet  I’m good ;)

Been a super dull day, gray and wet outside. Guess I shouldn’t complain, neighboring states have a high chance of tornadoes this evening through Monday.

Slowly working on supper, warming pork roast now, more pork n beans and mashed potatoes. Not hungry but bet DH is ;)

    Good evening all.

Thanks to Sara...I made a homemade pizza...my yeast was almost done for, who knows how old my flour is, but it turned out pretty good.

I've decided the food processor isn't the ideal way to mix it.
If I do it again, I'll use the bread machine to mix the dough, or just the old fashioned way...by hand...maybe.
Good grief that stuff is STICKY.

We had just about a 1/4 cup of jarred marinara left, was the perfect amount.
I used some precooked wild boar sausage crumbles that we'd made last month.
I think I'd mentioned that we ground it ourselves. 1/2 (ish) regular plain pork sausage and 1/2 wild boar, then a seasoning mix....great for brat burgers, cooked crumbles for pasta, or pizza, or breakfast burritos, etc.
I also cut up a slice of deli "off the bone" smoked ham, wow...excellent ham.
It was kind of pricey per pound, DH was shopping and he didn't even think to look at the price, but dang...it's good.
Typically we get the cheap, ultra thin sliced stuff from the various mfgrs. that come in the reusable plastic containers, or the bags, not sliced stuff from the actual deli.
    Then black olives and mozzarella.
I didn't get an "after" pic, but I took a before.
It's my first homemade pizza dough since home economics class...prob around 1983 or 1984.
    :lol::lol::lol:
A little wonky shaped, but it all tastes the same I suppose...no matter the shape.;)
    I'll post a pic next.

Heading off, enjoy the rest of the evening all. :)

Oh yum, Lori. It looks amazing pre baked so I bet the end results were even better. perfect toppings too.

We had mac and cheese to use up the milk and some of the cheese we stocked up on.
Also did a family zoom call.

I have to work mwf this week. 8 hours every day but I don’t think there is that much work, so my fingers are crossed maybe half a day. Feeling very anxious about it.

Hope you all had a decent Sunday. Sweet dreams.

Thanks!! Just the sausage crumbles we're precooked, well, actually the deli ham would have been as well.
Sorry you have to go in, praying for half days for you.

We're down one person from our office. The gal who does the daily cash, answers phones, deposits, etc. Where her husband works, four people have tested positive.
He got a notification for potential exposure. He's going to self quarantine for 14 days, and she's going to as well since they live together.
I feel bad for the gal left at our office, I'll do what I can to help, but it will be working from home.
My plan to extremely limit my time there, and potential exposure hasn't changed.
I'm standing firm in my decision.
I just work part time, we're not technically deemed an essential business, but because we service essential govt. agencies and fire departments, the county emergency services has said we could operate minimally, and do curb service.

    Good night everyone
Good night Dale and all the Lurkers.
