Good evening lurkers, been quiet today. Been raining since 11 a.m. today, still at it ... satellite is down more than not.
We’re up to 86, feels like 95Hiya Dale, we are at 83, real feel of 93. Supposed to reach 87. Humidity is starting to build. Might have to pull out my paper curtains
Have I mentioned I hate summer? Had to go out, DH broke down and I had to go get him.
Looks like it might be a bit before it’s fixed

Mom and dad came for a swim. We got a pizza for dinner. It was so nice.
He thinks it should be under warranty, apparently it’s happened before

Except for a couple of times our son was here I haven’t seen anyone I know in months. We had ham and cheese omelets, toast and hash browns for supper.

We are definitely becoming more lax on this whole isolation thing. It’s starting to feel unhealthy to me. Kiddo left the compound the other day for the first time since 3/12. He went with his father to get drive thru ice cream.

Peas are my least favorite veggie. Glad you’ll be getting some good money but sorry it has to be 12 hour shifts for 6 months.
Ugg got the call. Back to work 6/22. Not surprised so I’m not too disappointed. But I would have loved to at least have part of the summer with kiddo. The last three mos with distanced learning have been slightly stressful.
It’s a hot one today. Super humid also but thankfully storms will roll through later and tomorrow will be cooler.
