In your nightmares
Thanks. Homemade and stocked up in the freezer for spaghetti or meatball sub nights. Think these ones were all beef. Next batch I make will be beef/turkey combo. :)
Never tried ground beef/turkey before, I have tried either ground beef/pork or johnsonville ground sweet Italian sausage/beef.

Good evening Dale and Joey :)

Woot!!! Love that you have a night off, Joey!!

The schools have a spiritwear store that opens up every quarter or so. You can buy clothing/accessories with the school logo/name. We just ordered 4 masks with the ear loops with the school logo on them. Once we get them we will practice with kiddo wearing them all day. Starting out with an hour or so and bumping up til we hit the max time he will need to wear it. Just so he can get used to it. It definitely sucks having to wear them all day. I have surgical style masks. Hate them!

Kids are so different than adults though. It’s going to be tough. I’m so glad he’s in 7th and not, say....Kindergarten. Eeesh.
Ooo that would be bad, if it were kindergarten I’d keep mine home.

‘Congratulations on growing your own vegetables

    I like a beef/pork combo.

beef/pork would be more flavorful for sure. Turkey is so bland but healthier and stretches out the beef, pound of each. I always add onion, garlic, basil, oregano, s&p and grated parm. Use the same mix for meat sauce and our taco meat (minus the parm). You don’t really notice the ground turkey other than color. We do buy a meatloaf mix (veal, beef and pork) from time to time that’s really good.

    Sweet dreams lurkers

Good morning Dale and lurkers

Dentist appt for a cleaning after work  so not looking forward to that but I figured it best not to cancel.

Hope you all have a good day!
    Good morning Sara

I’ve canceled my dental cleanings for the near future :(
Giving my doctor all my money right now anyway

Hahaha. I should have. Lol. But I went, stopped at moms first since she lives right around the corner. It wasn’t that bad. Fingers crossed I’m still feeling good in 2 weeks ;)

I really need to start making my appts for during my work hours. I’ve been home for awhile but it’s already almost time for bed. What the heck.

hope everyone had a good day.

Well it’s over with now :) Yes, I would always make my appointment outside of working hours ... nobody ever seemed to appreciate it though :glare:

Yep, getting late already, have a good night Sara
