Home today and tomorrow Wanted to get some mushrooms in the dehydrator early to make sure they are done before I go to bed tonight. First time doing them, not sure how long they will take.

Taking Elly to the vet today, she’s got sores on her leg that won’t heal. Then going to look into a shotgun, the one I have was dad’s and is left-handed ... not good to have shells ejected across your face

Gloomy but warmer today. We grilled cheeseburgers, steak fries in the air fryer, and Dh stopped for milkshakes for dinner.

I’m not sure how they will turn out. They are done, I think. I like them in my pizza and in my sauce.

Gloomy but warmer today. We grilled cheeseburgers, steak fries in the air fryer, and Dh stopped for milkshakes for dinner.

A hassle We had an appointment for 2:45 and didn’t see anyone until after 3:15. ... had to wait in the hot car. They’re running tests to see if she has cancer, we’ll have to schedule surgery for next week to cut the tumors out.

Good morning Sara…everything is great here…particularly because our temps in October here in FL are in the low 80s instead of the cold temps in northern KY which I hated.

Ahhhh super jealous of those temps It’s supposed to reach 75 tomorrow and then be in the 40s-50s all next week. Can’t wait to retire and move somewhere warmer. Lol

You both are right, always something somewhere and snow is the lesser of all evils.

Maybe we’ll become snow birds. Stay here for Spring, Summer and Fall and head south for the Winter. Well, I can dream about it. lol

Vacuumed the pool for the last time. Water was warmer than the air at 63. They are coming tomorrow to close it.
