Hiya Dale Yep! There really isn’t a lesser of two evils this time around

Tried a new recipe tonight. It was pretty good. We took air fried potato wedges and added taco seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, black olives, sour cream and bac’n bits to them. Reminded me of a takeout treat from my youth. Wasn’t half bad of a substitute for it either

Today is waffle day. I was going through the pantry and found some brand new mixes that we overlooked and recently expired. So I’m whipping them up and getting them in the freezer. Will make a nice quick breakfast for kiddo.

Nice!! Wish I would have thought of doing that before. I made 18 waffles, enough for 6 different meals. Woot!! Now I have to clean the waffle maker uggghh.

Successful meal in the instant pot. Fettuccine Alfredo. I used half fettuccine and half linguine because that’s all we had

Shouldn’t be too bad unless you’re using too much batter

Hahaha. We had 3 mushrooms left that wouldn’t fit on the dehydrator, so I added them last minute. Mm that grilled chicken sounds good too!!

Yeah, it wasn’t too bad to clean and I guess I won’t have to do it again for awhile
