morning....
ug....not sure if i took my meds this morning...I woke up and thought about it....but.....i think that I did but then again not entirely sure....
that's what I get for not using my pill organizer and just grabbing the bottle....
it's one of those, I have to take my medicine to be able to remember to take my medicine...
eh oh well, if i'm a space cadet today then I'll know I didn't take it....
I just didn't use my pill organizer because I didn't want to take my vitamins, my stomach's a bit upset...
lol I take 14 different vitamins/supplements almost daily, I should take them daily but that gets expensive....
trying to up my immunity, strength, and stamina...plus i've always been defiant in things....now with all of these the only thing still off is my potassium is low but within standards, wish that my doctor would prescribe some stuff so I could stop paying out of pocket....
