ug...with as bad as my knees are getting...I went ahead and signed up for walmart's free grocery delivery..blah.... $98/year but free unlimited deliveries (from the grocery pickup/delivery, not their main site, at least I don't think so) min purchase of $38 (not a problem)
hate to do it when I can do free pickup but :| I had to cancel my last 2 orders because of my stupid knees...

I hate to do it but...I'll make good use of it
it also offers 5 cents/gallon off gas at their gas stations, doubt i'll ever use that but um ok...and something about using their mobile app while in the store to scan and pay for items instead of using the checkout...

unfortunately my knees are getting worse quickly...

unfortunately...yeah I need surgery on both knees....at this point though don't know how much help it's going to really be...it's more of a temporary fix...
    degenerative bone disorder
quite literally my knees are falling apart
on top of already having lax patella (loose kneecaps) since I was a kid and now also bone spurs and gout in my knees...yeah so much fun....
once all this covid bs is over gonna have my doc check the rest of me...it was just that at the time my knees were worse, about this time last year my knees just became really stupid and painful...I could barely walk or even move my knees and so they did xrays and tests and found out about the degenerative bone disorder, gout, and bone spurs....
I've known for many years that I've had arthritis but at that time the doctor that I had wouldn't diagnose me because he felt I was entirely too young to have it....but now it's kind of past the point of denial....
I had to go and get cortisone shots in my ankle for a while but he still refused to diagnose me and thought i was just "playing around to try and get disability because people in their 20ies don't get arthritis"
dude tell that to my body....that was the same mentality that almost cost me my life because kids don't have thyroid problems....

Ugh! Hope you have a different doctor now! That’s a very old fashion idea about arthritis.

Think I’m gonna call it a day, not able to focus on anything for some reason.
Good night Shad and lurkers

Trying to get ahold of Jack.
Hope you did get a hold of him. Except he’ll probably beg you to come in  you need to get that freezer stocked up good.

Joey, we did get a food saver. DH picked up a FoodSaver Wingman at Runnings. I was afraid to ask how much

I’ve been vacuum sealing beans in jars ;)

I’m glad you got one too!! Order more bags. As many as you can afford and vacuum seal as much as you can. If nothing else you are prepped for this election and the hard times that could follow. If nothing happens well...you didn’t stock anything you wouldn’t normally use and you’ve just extended that shelf life a little longer.

Joey if you have questions on vacuum sealing I would be more than happy to help. We’ve learned a little. ;)

I am definitely going to ask if I’m not sure about what I’m doing :lol: Red was Sue’s favorite color we started with a new red microwave. Also got a new bread machine that is red also.

When we get a house next year liked we were planning I am going to do something red outside and inside. She really wanted a house
