I hope you don't have to cook the fish, Dale. Originally my mind thought like a fish fry but on a Saturday lol but then I thought since you are an hour behind me maybe he was running to the market.

We had air fried homemade tenders and oven baked tots. Oh and apparently now the snowblower is on the fritz We just had it tuned up before winter and DH has only used it twice! He saw a post on facebook where some guy was out plowing for $20 and is on his way here. Thank goodness. Hope he does ok with our deep ditches in the dark

Nope, I don’t cook fish at home. Well I’ve done the frozen stuff but that’s rare. I’m talking maybe once in five years rare

Nachos & Rotel dip made....ok, ok. The nachos came out of a bag pizza dough proofing and brownies for sundaes are cooling. We are set for the super bowl Boys will watch and I will head upstairs for some Netflix.

Anyone else ready for game day?? If not, i don't blame you. I’m disappointed the Bills didn't make it but today is the day I celebrate football is over for another year!!

Ohhh those look amazing!!! I’ve been hesitant to fry in a big pan as i’m not sure what to do with the oil after. What do you do with yours?
