Wow!! That is crazy on the temps and so funny we have the same amount of snow. I don't know about your birds but ours fly south for the winter. Lolololol ok, not all of them do. ;)
Some do, some don’t. We’ve got cardinals, chickadees, blue jays, sparrows and a few others. We have 3 squirrels too but I haven’t seen them the last day or two.

Good evening lurkers. All clouded up again in preparation for the snow tonight. It was good to see the sun as long as we did though :thumb:
I got the shovel and started clearing off the deck this afternoon... guess DH finally started feeling bad since he came out and started sweeping with the broom  It’s all cleaned off so it won’t be so bad after the second snow fall. ... hopefully

    Good morning Ladies

Chicken scampi?? Never heard of that before :lol::lol::lol:
Really?! I get it at Olive Garden, it’s good and I don’t care for shrimp ;)

    Good afternoon peeps

22 with lots of sun. Actually sitting in my car without it running and am warm.

mmmm. Love both shrimp and chicken scampi. :D
Good afternoon Sara, that’s wonderful  Sunshine makes such a difference.

No sun here, it’s been snowing steadily since I got out of bed. So far it’s a very fine snow so only a couple of more inches have accumulated .

Our internet service is incredibly slow today.

Good evening Kn0tty and Dale

Pork chops are on our menu for Friday  Hope your internet speeds up and the snow goes away.

    Hiya Wuzz :)
How do plan to cook yours? I dredged ours in egg and panko crumbs and fried them this time.

I mix panko, parmesan cheese (grated, not fresh) garlic powder and smoked paprika to dip them in. Heat the cast iron with a couple tbsp of olive oil and sear on each side for 3-4 min depending on thickness and then toss the pan in preheated oven to finish cooking. I tried it with fresh parm cheese once and it just wasn't as good as the grated. We get it from the market or wegman’s but its not Kraft grated. I forget the brand.
