I’ve been mostly reading Sara, need to wash the dishes but waiting till after supper ;)
Probably have tuna sandwiches so not much mess.
That sounds like the perfect day and the perfect dinner. We had chicken and stuffing in the crockpot with mashed potatoes and green beans.

I want tacos but don't want to pay the price for delivery :p
ug seriously $50 over twice what it would cost if I would just go get them myself....

guess I'll just melt some cheese and eat some chips, maybe that will curb my craving.
    Hi Shad
    Ummm .... 50 dollars for tacos? o_O
We can get 12 for about 12 dollars

I know right....and it's not even from like a good restaurant, it was just taco bell.. granted it was 15 tacos but still...by the time you add the service fees, delivery fees, tip to the driver... all of that ends up costing more than the food itself....not worth it....

just gonna melt some cheese with taco sauce and spices in it and dip it with some tortilla chips and hope that's enough for my taco craving....

cut into the hunk of cheddar I have but it's not melting very well...I need to get some more velveta

    Good morning lurkers

I know you have already eaten your nachos but if you want a sauce, add some milk and cornstarch. Evaporated milk is best but Ive seen recipes that use regular milk.

Sometimes I don’t feel like spending the time to grate so I just use a paring knife to slice thin pieces off the block of cheese. If I plan to use a good chunk, I will cut it in half and leave half in the fridge until I’m ready to work with that portion. All the added charges are nuts!! I agree.
