    sipping on some coffee because my meds are not playing nicely together today
    one minute i'm awake and alert enough to be bored, the next I can barely keep my eyes open

    That’s really uncomfortable, I’m kind of in the same boat but it’s not because of medicine.

    Sorry you two, that you’re flopping between comatose and being wide awake
    :( You know me.....always tired. :rolleyes: Definitely stress/covid fatigue.

    Made parmesan pork chops, mashed tates and corn for dinner. I’ve been working on how to incorporate the potatoes I froze last fall into a handful of fresh for mashed without the texture being off. Tonight they turned out really good so I’m hoping I’ve finally nailed it.

    We had pork chops too, marinated and baked. Boiled cabbage, 15 bean soup with cornbread and some fresh veggies.
    That’s cool that you nailed your potatoes :thumb:

    Made bacon, fruit salad and rewarmed some waffles for breakfast. Working on my weekend to do list.

    my eldest thinks babies are the worst and disgusting and loud and just ewwww
    my youngest, well isn't old enough (yet, ug :facepalm: not much longer though, she had her first "boyfriend" this year...lol she'll be 12 in june) ... she will be my trouble child in that area though....
