Neither really, I was finishing up a book
Been gone all day, went to see my best friend. Her birthday is coming up soon and thought I’d go while DH is gone. Just got home, thinking about fixing half a frozen pizza.

So glad you were able to visit with her. We are having pizza too. One last hurrah before we start following our regularly scheduled meal plans. Dh is at a retirement dinner in another town, so he’s going to grab it from there and bring it home for kiddo and I. (A place we like but don’t get all that often)

He went to the butcher today and picked up some chicken breasts/thighs. Ordered our turkey for Thanksgiving and put our name on the list for a cow. I think he’s crazy about the beef, think we have plenty until next year but

Pizza was a little greasy
Well meat is going to get very expensive, (already is) guess you should get it while you can.
Not sure what I’m going to do about thanksgiving but plan to look for a turkey.

Totally agree with the prices and the on going shortages of things. Crazy times. I’m worried we won’t have the room for it. He’s going to ask my mom/dad if they want to split it.

Yeah our deep freezer is a small one, no way we could store a beef.
