Good luck with the ribs. Last time we had the pork roast, it was two together :glare::laugh:

    Hamburger stroganoff tonight. Kiddo’s pick.
That’s why you need a vacuum sealer ;)
Once I get these apart I’ll cut them down and reseal two of them , back in the freezer two will go.
Cheesy scrambled eggs and waffles for supper.

    Good morning lurkers :)

    Good morning friends

Hahah we do have one but the less I have to touch raw meat the better  I should have read the package because I honestly had no clue it was two.

Hope your pizza was good, Joey :)
    Good morning Sara

OIC :?: Well use gloves then

    Hiya Dale and Sara

i need to figure out food tonight at work, might just order a pizza
    Hiya Joey

I thought of you when I wrote that. I could never work for a butcher

Beef isn't too bad but the rest.
A lot of people feel that way ;) Never bothered me except for some especially nasty wild game. Hunters would bring in the dirtiest meat! And Bear meat is so greasy o_O

    Hiya Dale and Sara

The pizza was good :w00t: I need to start making bigger meals to take to work again
    ‘Hi Joey
Glad you had a good meal but yeah, taking leftovers from home would be cheaper ;)

Shopping done, lunch eaten, spareribs separated; one rack in the oven and two vacuum packed and back in the freezer. Dishes washed and now on a coffee break;)

    Hiya Dale

We have a london broil to cook for tonight, will make mashed taters and a veg to go with it. Tomorrow will make a sauce and some pasta. I need to rummage the big freezer to see what is in there.

Not sure what we are doing for thanksgiving yet, can't wait for the 4 days off :w00t:

We did have the hamburg stroganoff with salads. Tomorrow is French dips with roasted potatoes and salad.

Dale you were a busy girl!! Blechhhh. I am not a gamey meat girl. Nope! I definitely would never survive in the wild. Which….maybe I wouldn’t want too.

I hear ya, Joey. I need to make dinners with leftovers to take for lunch. Lately it’s been pb sandwiches. Not a jelly fan. So happy to hear you have 4 days off for Thanksgiving.

Scrubbed the kitchen top to bottom today. Cupboards to the floor and everything in between. Started decorating for fall/turkey day. I’m whooped but glad it’s done.

I’m thinking about making a whole ham and chicken and dressing, sweet potato casserole and the rest is kind of up in the air. Depends on what I can get and what someone else wants to bring. Guess I’m cooking this year

OooOoo yeah, 4 days will be a nice break for you :thumb:

Guess you could say I’m a part timer veggie eater ;) :p

Sounds yummy, Dale. Hopefully your guests bring the rest. We are cooking too. So far my family has said yes, waiting to hear on DH’s parents.
Son and his family for sure, don’t know about our daughter and hers yet.

    It was really good:)
