Sure do wish this wind would go away. We lost internet/tv yesterday during the Bill’s game and it’s been out ever since. No big deal to me but kiddo’s schoolwork is all done on his computer

We had jalapeño popper taquitos. Mix softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, cooked chicken and whatever cheese you like. Spread on a soft flour tortilla, roll up and toast in a pan with olive oil.
We needed to use up some cream cheese and cooked chicken.

i really don't know how it's already december?!!? and christmas is next week, like what, what.....
my meds keep me fairly zombified and days just blur together anymore
some days, like yesterday, I couldn't tell you if I was really awake or asleep
apparently I fell asleep at some point because my eldest came over and scared the crap out of me entering my place, twice even 
the water was shut off in the area with no warning, I mean my apt manager put a note on my door at 10am letting me know that at 10am the water would be turned off until at least 2pm, and to prepare, geee thanks, a bit late
so I didn't have any water to drink or cook with, so my kiddo stopped by and got my ebt card and went and got me a gallon of water (and some groceries for themselves)
*and again today the water is shut off without any warning, it's the apartment complex next to ours, if they turn off the water to their buildings, it also shuts off our water but they fail to let us know ahead of time*
I'm not mobile at all these days, I do good just to fumble my way to the bathroom and back before my back and knees are like hey stop that
stuck in a catch 22
need surgery done but can't get the surgery because I can't get the covid vaccine, I took the 1st does back in like june and it made me extremely sick (I knew it would, told my doctor it would but they said it was safe to take it) and well they refuse to give me a second dose because it made me so sick for so long
and well at this point, I don't even know if surgery will really help, I mean it will somewhat help and for a while until the damage gets worse
I have degenerative bone disease/disorder and this past year it's progressed quite quickly, so I'm heavily medicated quite often...painkillers don't work on me so my doctor has me on a combination of 3 medications that all make me loopy/tired/out of it so I don't care that I'm in pain...
but anyways, enough of that nothing I can really do about it at the moment anyways, just one day at a time, I just hate not being able to do anything either because I'm in too much pain or because I'm just so completely out of it that my body doesn't even belong to me and my mind is dull, brain doesn't engage, yesterday I had no high functions working at all

so but yeah, it's not that I've been ignoring you all or anything, I just really had no clue how long it's really been, everything this year is just one big blur, I swear last week was halloween and the week before that it was only summer

Ohhh Shad That is awful. I am so sorry. Wish there was something I could do to help you. It’s messed up that they’ll only do surgery if you are fully vaxx’d. Covid can go float a rock, I’m so dang tired of it.

Here’s something for you all to laugh at. Sorta. The wind is awful again today and I finally found some unscented jar candles to order on amazon. They were delivered the other day with a couple other packages.
So because it’s windy and I’m worried we will lose power again, I grabbed the box and opened it only to discover my candles were “replaced” with an oil lantern and an oil votive thing. I am immediately upset and start complaining about having to return it etc. Dh was not home. So I go on Amazon to question this….thinking it’s another styrofoam head sitch. Write a quick, less than friendly note to the seller, take picture of what they “sent” me and hit send.
Dh walks in the door and kiddo informs him of my unhappiness/wrong package and he was like what? I told him go over and look at the items on the table. He turns to me and with a puzzlesd look on his face asks why I opened my christmas present from him.
I grab the other amazon box and find my emergency candles.
So frantically I type out another note to the seller apologizing profusely for the mix up on my end and tell them while I hope we don’t lose power anytime soon, I look forward to using their product.
