I am going to feel awfully silly if no one remembers me but I just wanted to say hello. I got back on ecf last week for the first time in forever. I wanted to let some people know that Dennis (MamaTried) had passed. It has been a bit emotional for me. I looked at my friend's list and saw that 9 wonderful people had also passed. I hope they know what special memories they left behind. Gosh, so sorry, I did not drop in to depress anyone. Just wanted to say hello to the wonderful people here.

Spring has sprung. 35 this morning, high of 74 expected. Sunshine all day long.

Yes, we sure have lost a lot of precious people. I am getting reacquainted with ecf. That is a polite way of saying I have forgotten how to post. I was going through all my watched threads that I had enjoyed so and they are just no more. Really sad but I am glad to see the Lurkers have survived.

I have a dental appointment today but I hope everyone else has a lovely day.

Just trying to get through a day without any issues is getting very rare lately

I had to go grocery shopping.

Not sure which I'd do if given the choice. Both places are not inexpensive to visit. I had to stop by Walmart anyway to get what I forgot to get Monday. Went ahead a filled up with gas too. Haven't done that since January so does that tell you how exciting I am? heehee

The dentist went okay. $88 to tell me I needed a new crown. He said since it was not bothering me I could just think about it. Really? Think about it? Oh well, I am sure it could have been worse. I'll think about it.

You are right. I have always kept a list of my mileage and other info (I have a list for just about everything you can imagine) but 2 years ago today I was filling up for $1.24, last year I was paying $1.95, and today it was $3.39. Still much better than a lot of places. Figured I'd fillup because they said it would reach $4 soon. So I am good til April or so.

Thank you. Not a lot happening around me. A nice quiet night. I am finishing up the scarf to the winter set I am knitting. I think it is going to turn out nice. It is for a woman that lives in West Virginia. She gets a lot of snow. Hard to think about cold weather today because it got up to 72. I can't remember what the groundhog predicted but I got warm today taking my walk.

I am excited about daylight savings time. I love it staying light later.

I am not sure if I could handle lots of snow. We have had more this winter but still not very much. I am just ready for Spring. The neighbor's Jonquils bloomed and it got me excited. But I am sure I will soon be complaining about the heat and having to mow. heehee
