    Good morning Dale

Lol, not these kinds of “storms” but all that is in the past. ;)

Nothing wrong with grabbing burgers. Everyone had to forage for themselves last night. I had some popcorn. Kiddo had leftover ziti and Dh had leftover zucchini boats.

Hope everyone has a great day!
    Good morning Sara
Kalli kept me busy this morning o_O

Oh those kind of storms, sorry :(
Hope you have a good day of recovery!

    Hahaha. I bet she did.

Slept later than I would have liked. Trying to get the house in shape for tomorrow, my side will be here to celebrate Dh’s 49th bday. It’s actually Monday.

Hope your afternoon is slower
Much slower, once I got DH’s pants out of the dryer and hung I went to bed  Sucks getting old o_O

‘Ah 49, I’d love to see 49 again ;) Hope he has a wonderful day :)

Did really good eating healthy this week (minus that one little strawberry cobbler infraction) heehee I ruined it tonight though because I had 3 slices of pizza. Oh well, Monday will be here before I know it and I can start all over again. And besides, it was good.

Dad had a pretty good week all things considered. I had to increase his Lasik because he started swelling and gained 3 lbs overnight. That is what the doctor told me to do. I did not want you to think I just changed his meds on my own. I think the swelling looks some better tonight and hoping it will be gone tomorrow. He has not had quite so much confusion either. At first, I will admit, it scared me. I have never dealt with anything like that. My mother never got confused or hallucinated. Anything threw my way and I just adapt somehow. It's not like I have a choice. heehee

Yesterday, I was able to get him on his riding lawnmower one more time. I know at some point I will not be able to but grateful he can still mow because the man loves his yard. I still have the croquet and badminton set up in the attic where he would not let me play with them because we were messing up his yard. grrrr That is so silly to me. It's just grass.

Sorry, I am rambling. heehee I hope everyone is having a nice relaxing weekend. It has cooled off here and with the breeze, walking reading has been enjoyable.

    Good morning lurkers

Thank you Dale. They have their end of season soccer party early this afternoon and then everyone should be here when they get home. I’ve got to mop yet, make his cake (brownies) and a salad.

Rat2, I’m sorry for the increased swelling. That’s really nice he was able to mow. Men and their lawns. Lol Mmm pizza, that is what we are having for dinner ;) Nothing wrong with a little splurge!

Hope everyone has a nice day!

It was very nice. My brother and his wife came around 1, spent a little time with kiddo before he went to his soccer party. Then we had some time to visit before my parents came. We had pizza/wings and I made a salad. Brownies with ice cream for dessert and everyone left around 7. Nice way to spend Sunday.

I’m whooped and really wish I had tomorrow off. But after this week, I have a 5 day weekend. Looking forward to that.

Joey, thinking of you this weekend. (((Hugs))) Hope you are doing ok, friend.
