Some days you end up doing something that you had no idea you would do and if you had, you would have done something else. heehee
Dad's 1951 Farmall tractor has 5 pull-behind attachments that my grandfather used for many, many years in his garden. For some ungodly reason, dad had them in the yard so I had to mow around and weed eat. I tried for years to get him to move them but since he did not have to mow around them it was not a priority. They sat on big plastic skids and when I tell you they are heavy, I mean they are heavy.
Well, evidently I was identifying with my inner She-Hulk today and decided that I was going to move them behind the shed out of my sight and where I did not have to mow around.
Most of them I could lift each side and walk it to their destination. There were a couple that was way too heavy and I ended up sitting on the ground so I could use both my arms and legs to help drag it inch by inch. I think the weights at the gym are paying off. Or at least I did until I started having cramps in my calf. That was still better than spasms in my back from my herniated disk which usually happens.
It took the better part of the afternoon but looking at the bright side (you know I can always find one), I got rid of a tremendous amount of built-up aggression that I did not realize I had been harboring. It ended up being rather therapeutic for me. I sincerely hope I still feel the same way when I wake up. View attachment 993599
Well, that was my exciting day. Hope everyone has a great start to their week. I'm hoping I sleep like a baby tonight!
