I did enjoy my outing last night at my fav restaurant. I did not do too awfully bad. I had never gotten there Buffalo Shrimp salad. It was delicious and I could not believe how much shrimp they put on top of it. Darn. I can't believe I did not take a picture and post it here.
I got the medium buffalo strength but it was so good that I think I will try the next level which is hot next time. Sure made me want to make a batch of my Buffalo Chicken Dip that everyone goes crazy when I make it.
We had a big and quick storm yesterday afternoon and I got almost 3 inches of rain in a short amount of time. A rain that hard does not do as good as a slow, soaking rain but we needed it. Especially since I lowered the deck on the mower and mowed the grass so short.
I finally got some sleep last night. 6 1/2 hours and it was wonderful. I did not even take anything. Guess I probably needed it. Whatever the reason, I feel better this morning even though it is still cloudy. Think I will go ahead and go to the gym before I talk myself out of it. heehee

Why 6 more days?‘’Fingers crossed that you’re eating something good tonight, we had pinto beans and cornbread. Also sausage crumbles with lots of vegetables stir fry style.
Had a busy day. Hit the gym early and of course, stopped by Sheetz to get my free Slushie. Then did a little bit of retail therapy. I was good. I did not buy any shoes.
Finally got the paperwork back on the stuff I had to mail overnight on June 20th. Took long enough. I had the new account number so now I mail the next set of forms and this should take care of it. I am still trying to figure out what I am paying the lawyer for. Grrrr
Went ahead and mowed outside the fence since I did not have time to do it the other day when I mowed. I did all the way down the street again but I told my aunt I was retiring from yard service. As I mowed in front of her grandson's house, his car was there. I sure am glad he did not come out into the heat and mess up his hair in the humidity.

I fixed a good salad and had half a can of buffaloed mac&cheese that I found today at Ollie's and it turned out to be rather tasty. I am not sure what has gotten into me. I never thought I like buffalo-flavored things. I've been going crazy lately eating it. I want another one of those shrimp salads I ate Sunday. Yum. I love to eat.
