I stopped in with the intentions of saying hello over the weekend, but then I must have gotten distracted and turned my computer off. Joey, hope you can get yours working again.
Ouch, Dale that is mighty warm. We are all over the place with weather. Some days are cooler than normal, lots of rain on and off, overnight lows in the 50's. Today was nice, but where was I? Working LOL! That's ok, my last summer vacation is coming up. Just got to get through the week, then off for 5.
Good luck with your physical, Rat2. Old school seems to be the way to go these days.

Going computer shopping today.
Oh what fun. Not. Some things just aren’t fun to shop for, I especially hate car shopping. ‘Another thing I don’t like shopping for is a phone which I’m currently thinking about since I’ve never liked the one I have.
I have been saying all week that I need to go home and get some stuff done there but yet, I haven't made it there. heehee
Every now and then I go shopping and remember why it is that I do not like shopping. I guess I have just gotten so used to shopping online that it just is not that fun, especially if you are by yourself. Although, I did go into my first Adam & Eve store. If the merchandise did not shock me enough, the prices did. OMgosh. Some of the stuff I could not even figure out and I was not about to ask. Did not matter because even if I knew what it was or what to do with it, there is no way I would spend that much money. Oh well, it was interesting and a good way to waste time while I was waiting for Perry to take lunch.
Perry went with his brother to look at a mower that his brother was wanting to buy. Poor Perry. He needs one too since he has not had time to fix his mower. He borrowed his neighbors this week and got his done and it needed it.
My aunt is down in Edisto, SC. That is where her sons lives and she went down there to help clean up his property from the hurricane. She wanted me to take her so bad but I just was not up for the six hour trip. It was during all the heavy rain we were getting and I don't think I would have made it that far. Oh well, I have talked with her and other than being a little bit sore, it has done her good to get out and be busy and spend time with her son. When he visits her it is just for 2 nights. She says she is not coming back until next week.
Joey, that is a bummer about your computer but so glad you found something. I could not go very long without a computer or a phone. I hate that I am so dependent on electronics but I spent years with that being my only for of entertainment so it is a priority with me. Enjoy.

Guess I’m not the only one not sleeping, went to bed at midnight and woke up at 4:30
Well I decided to renew my phone instead of buying a new one so it’ll be at least a year before I think about it again.

Sending lots of love to you, Joey. It's still so fresh but I promise with time, it will get easier. (((hugs))) How is C doing? Glad you got a new computer and hopefully the set up wasn't too bad.
Dale, how nice to have lunch with your SIL. It's probably time to upgrade our phones as well but I'm going to hold out as long as I can. Mine has been pita this week. Only works on wifi. We are going to call Verizon today to switch it from the sim card to the esim because it stays in SOS mode all the time now. No texts, no calls, no internet. Basically just a way to read my kindle books and listen to my music
