    Good evening, Dale

Kiddo is at practice for another hour, thought I'd steal a moment to drop in and see what you all have been up to the last few days.

Glad the installation was free, Dale. Congrats on the dehydrator, Rat2. Hope you had a nice two days off, Joey.

Whelp...I've decided to complete a bucket list item. Motorcycle permit test. Next Friday, same day Kiddo takes the test for the regular permit. I can't wait!

    Have a great night

Oh, I think that is wonderful. I have toyed with that one for over a year and have not made my mind up about getting my endorsement. I would love to but then I would have to buy another mc. Mine weighs 1100 lbs. I can roll it out of the garage to wash it but that's about it.

Good luck to you. I know you will not have any problem.

Been busy again. Perry brought home a bag of apples so I tried them out of his dehydrator. LOVED THEM! I am probably the only one that will gain weight from eating fruit.

The crockpot has been busy this week. First of the week I made a chicken veggie soup with egg noodles. Tonight I fixed beef stew. I will take Perry some tomorrow and my aunt too. Bother turned out pretty good. My aunt liked the chicken stuff. She would say she did even if it tasted so bad she threw it out to the fox to eat.

I made it to the grocery store today in our rain but it was just down the street. I tend to stay close to home when it is raining because of the way it makes me feel. I am ready for it to be sunny (and cool) again.

Hope everyone sleeps well (including me, fingers crossed). Have a great Friday!

I have not got my passport in the mail yet but. . . Perry boss told us we should come to Paris to see him cross the line on his race. It is called the Peking to Paris race and he is driving a l934 Packard. It is 9000 miles long. Those are the parts Perry has been making. I think I told you that he was a tool man. It is sort of interesting work. I am fascinated with the process. He lets me watch the machine after he programs everything.

I am not sure if we will go but we are thinking about it. I told Perry I would pay my way. Maybe I should start out a bit slower and not so far. The race is not until next summer so I have plenty of time to think about it.

Ok. I'll give you a rest on my posts.

    Happy Birthday Bela :banana::banana::banana:

    Good morning Dale

I've been studying the book and taking practice tests online. My rule for kiddo is that he can't miss more than 2 questions. His rule for me is I have to get a 100. On the regular permit you can't miss more than 6 questions or miss more than 2 road signs. Those same rules apply to the M permit but add in that you can't miss more than 2 motorcycle questions. I'm planning on doing the Motorcycle Safety course which does their own road test. I think that might be less stressful than the road test through the DMV. I'm excited but nervous.

Rat2, Paris would be amazing, and I think you should go!

Soccer game this afternoon. Got a few things I need to get done first. So, I hope you all have a great day!

I am not going to get excited about going to France yet. The race is not until the summer of 25 and everyone here knows, a lot can happen in that amount of time. Sheesh! A lot can happen to me any given week.

I am so excited for you Sara and Dale is right, you won't have any problems. If I were not such a weinie I'd go get mine. Honestly, I know you have to be pretty coordinated to drive one and I have always been just the opposite. Can't wait to hear all about it.

I couldn't wait on my dehydrator so I have Perry's loaded up with strawberries, bananas and more apples. There is not much that you can't dehydrate. I read that if stored properly, the strawberries could last a year. I don't think I have that to worry about because they will never last that long. heehee

Perry is still at work. He went in at 9 this morning. And he calls this retired? He said if he finished what he wanted to do today he may be able to take off tomorrow. After all the rain we had last week, the sun felt amazing today. I cannot tell you how many motorcycles I saw out today. Each time I saw one I wished I was on mine.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
