Just got home from the annual Christmas shopping trip/lunch with my dad. Look forward to that every year. Not sure what it started at but it's up to 25 and we are under another snow advisory for a couple of inches.

Yep... I think I'll be doing my chili concoction this weekend. It's not very healthy, but Mmmmmmm it's good!

4 cans of chili
1 family size package of little smokies.
1 jar Cheeze Whiz

Dump it all into a pot and heat it up. YUM!

Last time we were at our local butcher we checked into getting half a cow for the freezer.

I told Perry not to get a cow this year. I want more deer and am looking into hairless sheep. I do love supporting our farmers.

I have been a busy

this week.

Had a wonderfully fun time at the ABC store lottery. We stood out in the snow for a good while. I was number 510 out of 600 people. That's ok. It was so neat. They had some nice stuff with good prices. Perry picked out a bunch of good bottles. I was the only one that could buy it but he's good for it.

I've finally gotten rid of one vehicle in my driveway. Say goodbye to the Honda. First time I have sold anything on Marketplace. I put the ad on in the middle of the night. About the 4th one who got in touch with me was so interested. I think it found a good home, and I think I did pretty well. It was an 06 Honda CRV and I sold it for $7,000. I think it was a good deal for both of us. I was lucky that the man I met was not a whackadoodle.

Now I think I am going to try to sell some more stuff.
