Weird forecast for tomorrow. It says, "Partly sunny and delightful". Now that can mean a whole LOT of stuff. What I want to know is who the hell has been monitoring my phone calls and how the hell do they know she's delightful?!!!

We finally have a warm spell, and most of the snow and ice is gone, thank goodness. Only had problems on my driveway. I still make it to the gym daily. I am getting back to enjoying it. My joints, however, did not approve of my decision.

Perry had to let the guy doing his renovations go. He said he would have it finished by the 1st of Feb. He did not show up at all last week. If he had, Perry might not have had a water pipe freeze. When it rains, it pours.

Bless Perry's heart. He probably missed out on renting his house to college students this time. But as I told him, we will find someone else to finish up, and everything will be okay.

You remember how I was fussing about the $300 electric bill? I know we have had some extremely cold weather, but I was not happy when I got this month's $386 bill. I have not had this high of bills since I moved in with dad. I am wondering if I should have someone look at my heat pump. It is only a coupleof years old. Oh well, I kept it on 68, and I did not get cold, so I should just be grateful.

Made some chicken and dumplings with Perry's bone broth. We thought it was pretty darn tasty. I consider that comfort food. I have never frozen that, but I am going to try because I made such a big pot full. I hope it will be okay.

Yeah we’ve actually become uncomfortably warm here. They say we’ll see some more winter weather but it’s several weeks away. We’ll see.

Sorry to hear that about Perry’s worker not showing up, has to be frustrating.

Hope your chicken and dumplings soup freezes well for you, I was thinking today that I should make some chicken soup with the leftover rotisserie.
