A GLORIOUS day out today. Currently 61 and a forecast high of 63. I can deal with that! They even say we might get some more rain. I can also deal with that!

We're experiencing a really weird weather pattern. It's hit and miss for the rain with some getting a nice amount, and areas just a mile or two away getting nothing. The stuff pops up to the west of us and then slowly makes its way east.

Low chances today, but supposedly increases quite a bit for tomorrow.

Same. The other day it rained on the street but the deck was dry.

Going to be a wet day today, and it looks like areas south in the state are getting some much needed rain as well. Not a drought killer, but every little bit helps.

Been using the new dash cam all week and it's a mixed bag. I need to see if I can relocate it a bit further up and still get an unrestricted view. I can see the bottom of it below the rear view mirror and it's driving me nuts. LOL I'd really prefer it to be completely hidden by the mirror. I have it all set up at this point with one exception. It won't take my voice commands, even though that option is turned on. I don't know if there's a trigger phrase or not. I'll mess with it this weekend and see if I can get it working.

The imagery is outstanding. Haven't downloaded any of the night driving yet, so I can't comment on the night quality. I'll fiddle with the video this weekend and post some of the footage later this weekend.

A few things to get done this morning, one of which I dread. Fuel prices have jumped again, and this round is gonna hurt filling up the car. Once that's done, that car ain't movin' until Monday morning when it's time for work.

I’m sure we all agree about the gas prices. DH drives around all day and buys gas daily, his gas bill is an unholy thing. I on the other hand drive to church once a week so mine is super low

Yeah, my commute is 17-20 miles one way (depends on the route I take). I generally fill up when I get down to a half tank of fuel, so that's averaging twice a week for me. My vehicle kinda sucks with mileage in the city.
