Typical management. Ignore the broken stuff, set a schedule, and when production doesn't come remotely close to hitting targets on the first day, ask why they weren't told everything was broken.
Don't know if you follow the security trends, but supply chain software has been heavily under attack for the past few months now. Many compromised systems causing havoc with supply chains. Not a day goes by without something hitting my feeds regarding the issue. Seems they get one hole fixed and another pops up just as quickly. It's also affecting different vendors, not just one software provider.

After tomorrow just 4 full days and a half day next Friday. We'll have the kids kicked out of the schools at 12:30 and then we're all heading over to the Admin building for inventory. Some will be turning in their gear while the rest of us that have picked up summer school shifts will be snagging some extra time over the summer.
