Might be Fir. My tree identification isn't up to speed here. Definitely some type of evergreen.

Tripped across a neat "store" yesterday. Picked up a couple of loafs of fresh sourdough bread. Sales are on the honor system. Prices are plainly marked on the products and you either leave cash or venmo the total. I have to wonder how much walks out without being paid for, but I thought it was kinda neat. And the bread? Oh. my. god! It's good!
