That's good. Two showers, you should get a good start.
Start clipping diaper coupons. I'll ask a guy at work where they used to get the best deals on diapers. They were always workin' those coupons for them. I think it was Target that was a good, reliable one, but he also "liked"/followed the diaper companies on FB, and I think they have coupons there too.
I'll try to remember to ask him tomorrow.
(Otherwise, we can always put Shad on it. She's the queen of bargain hunting I do believe!!)

it was 50 again today and i think it's gonna be again tomorrow than start dropping and snow again end of the week/weekend.....
stupid indiana....one day it's 60 and the plants start trying to bloom, the next day it's raining and 20ies then it's -20 and snowing then right back to 40/50 and plants trying to bloom again....
there's gonna be a lot of dead plants this year cuz mother nature can't make her mind and it's not stayed cold enough to keep 'em dormant....

Hi hon Same here. I noticed a tree we have that blooms, and it's buds are HUGE!!
We had a hard frost not too many years ago when the buds were on/opening. Everything turned black and had to start over.

What gave you been up to today?

We got a couple of ideas. But it's kinda overwhelming at the same time.
I think it's just seeing all of the big items & knowing we need 2 of them
So we left a lot of the little stuff off & made sure that we made gift cards an option.
I mean $200+ for the double stroller plus $150+ for each infant car seat & then the same or more for the bigger car seats
Don't even get me started on 2 cribs etc...I'm tired just thinking about it.

Chim I don't know if it will help you any but my DIL and my step grandson and step granddaughter, and a pair of my step great grand children are all twins. It seems twins don't really want to sleep apart for a long time. I know that Lizzie and Trevor spent there first 6 weeks or so in a pack and play that had the raised mattress. DIL and her sis slept in the same crib for several months, as did my SGD and SGS. We've also had a couple of friends with twins and they had the same issues, the babies did not want to sleep apart. Might help with your crib expense for a while anyway.

ug.....got a text message (nothing too unusual) my daughter blowing off steam cuz she's mad at karla....well on my way home I get another message that she told karla off......
between the two of them i'm not really sure what was or not said it's she said she said....
and then karla left her phone down here yesterday, I thought it was avery's so I picked it up to see if she'd had any phone calls and saw a text between karla and avery's dad where he told her he was going to try to get custody of avery (lmfao good luck with that)
so today I told her, so avery's dad is trying to get custody of avery
"hu? that's news to me" (ug you are such a bad liar)
well you might want to remind him that he has 4 child protective service calls on him, so he may not want to try to go to court for custody.....
she got all huffy at me and kept asking when and why
I've told her many times before that I've always tried to not make him look bad to her....I think she's starting finally to see (whether she wants to believe or not) because he's already having the same issues with his new girlfriend who's about to kick him to the curb

and still they haven't packed anything to be moving out in a month.....i'm bout to talk to a lawyer here real soon about revoking his "parental" rights and indiana's common "marrage" law and get the house put into my name so I can finally just be done with him and his mom and have them out of our lives and finally be moving on......
