So... as I have mentioned on the "Random" thread, my 'mixing bottle' of liquid nicotine was turning yellow and had a strong 'nutty' smell. So I thawed out some fresh 100mg in VG Nic and replaced my mixing bottle.
But, that also meant dumping everything that I had already mixed. Bottles steeping since Memorial Day Weekend and mid-June were all dumped. Probably several hundred milliliters of already steeped NET e-liquids.
Mixed up 30ml's of 84 Turkish, FSOB, Midtown Chestnut, Nation's Capitol and Three Friars this morning. Waiting four weeks without any NET flavors to vape is going to suck, but gotta have clean liquids to vape.

Dumping NET is a scary thought for me. I have to treat mine as liquid gold going forward. If some of my liquid ever has a "nutty" taste, i'll just treat it as a flavor and push through with it...
I'm not allowed any more tobacco into the country..so what I have is all I have. What I have is about 18 (250ml) bottles that's now in it's final stage before becoming actual concentrates....needs to be evaporated and few weeks later the oil seperated.
I already got myself a small fridge for storing them. I'll definitely use the freezer to.

The fridge belongs to Mamaw.
Considering how well she cooks, I am not challenging that.
Leftover slow cooked crockpot roast, potatoes and carrots don't happen without her.
Smaller working bottles then. Or threaten her you'll get grouchy and there will be no livin with you if you run out of vapes.

I did one better - I asked politely, explaining why I needed to preserve my nicotine stock.
She said top shelf, all the way in the back corner, label facing out.

I thank you for what you have sent me. I have enjoyed each bottle.

OK, I have given this some thought, and here it is....
About ten days ago Mamaw was summoned for Jury Duty at the Federal Court in Charlotte, NC. She was dismissed.
Her observations were that the Postal Inspectors, the ATF, the DEA and the North Carolina State Police were all present for the Prosecution. Two defendants, one male and one female.
After careful consideration I have decided no more NET liquid mailings. My apologies to everyone. Hopefully there is enough information in this sub-forum to help anyone who would like to try their own hand at extracting tobacco flavors. Honestly, it's more patience than work.

They are not hard to make. If you are PG Intolerant, just get some 190 proof, mix 50/50 with VG, and fill a mason jar with your tobacco (app. 1 oz. of tobacco), and fill almost to the top with your 190 PGA/ VG mixture. Your heat MUST stay 170ºF because ethyl alcohol flashes at that temp. A crock pot on 'Warm', with a small amount of water in the bottom works for me. Heat overnight, with the lids almost sealed, then cool and move away from direct sunlight for a month. Then put them in the freezer for a week. Filter each individual extract cold to remove oils and residues from the tobacco. Move to a place where they will be clean and undisturbed for a day or so. Record the fluid levels of each extract. Remove the lids, and, using a small desk fan, allow the alcohol to evaporate overnight. Refill to original levels with VG, and allow to steep for a month.
This would produce VG extracts.

I understand your comment that it is not too difficult but patience is required. Thank you.

PGA flash Point doubles as protection by being just below the temperature where chlorophyll extracts into liquid

Years ago I discovered that VG oxidizes much sooner than PG. Consequently, my nicotine is in PG. The PG is good for at least two years compared to 1 year or less for VG. The VG gets sour and is very noticeable when it turns.

Is this true for base liquids ? Will a gallon on VG (not nicotine, just VG) sour in a year ?

Seriously looking at ;
From SmokingPipes.com - two aromatics (Sutliff Creme Brûlée and Aged Maduro Cavendish) and a couple non-aromatics (Cornell & Deihl Shandygaff and Pegasus).
And from PipesandCigars.com - four aromatics (Brigadier Black Alamo, Russ' Nations Capitol, Sutliff Christmas Spice and Creamy Butterscotch), and four non-aromatics (Home & Hearth Anniversary Kake, Frenchy's Sunzab's and Midtown Chestnut, and Cornell & Deihl Three Friars)
I will probably do the aromatics in Heat Extraction for the top notes, and the non-aromatics via Cold Maceration for the nuances of the blends.

Just stumbled onto another tobacco site call SmokingPipes.com.
Like finding a whole new adventure....

I can vouch for SmokingPipes. A few years ago when Pipes and Cigars were suddenly and constantly out of stock on pretty much everything I wanted, I began buying from Smokingpipes. They've been a great vendor and usually have what I'm looking for. I still buy from P&C when/if they have what I'm after and offer a better price. A few months ago I purchased some Acid Blondie cigars to extract and P&C had the best deal at the time. Considering how far I live from a large metropolitan area, I'm just glad there are online vendors available to me.

The only one I am waiting on is H&H Frenchy's Sonzab's. Backordered in P&C, couldn't find it in bulk at SP.

EDIT; Received an email from P&C, it will be 2- 3 weeks before FSOB is in stock again.
