I find the taste and wicking just as good as the old ones. I've got 5 in my rotation right now and I'm 5 for 5 on ones that have vaped great...no defects so far on the ones I've tried to-date.

The biggest difference I notice is that there is no condensation on the battery from un-sucked vapor like I had with the old ones. After vaping a tank, my battery terminal is perfectly dry.

I have noticed on a couple that the first couple of vapes after a fill I do have to give it some time between hits to prevent dry hits. After the first 6 or 7 vapes it wicks just fine and I can chain vape from that point on. Maybe the tighter seal on the bottom is causing this until some air gets into the chamber?????

i just rebuilt one of the old ones the same way people rebuild the vivi nova heads.. the phoenix bc actually is much better because it has the ceramic cup.. it's vaping awesome on 5 wrap on 32 guage kanthal and 3mm silica..

wish i never threw away all my old ones.. i'd have a pile to rebuild lol

I've rebuilt a couple myself. They're way too much trouble to me. Getting the wires through those tiny little holes in the ceramic cup made my head hurt.

I've got five of the Reborn in rotation right now. I have replaced the air tubes with longer ones from CE3s and the extra capacity is really nice. They work great with lots of vapor and good, clean, flavor. They really make a mini perform like something much, much larger and more expensive, at least to me.

I wish I would have saved more of my discarded origionals. While I DID save some inner seals when the outter tube cracked, it never occurred to me to save the metal tube.

Never had a tube crack on me. Never hadthem long enough I guess. I've trashed some inner seals though. I wonder if GV will ever get those 49 cent replacement seals. I doubt it.

I haven't had a tube crack either, although I've had a couple wear out on both ends on me. Too loose to use.

I have 3 of the Reborns going and they are performing ok so far but the flavor is very muted. Also, I have a Jazz Cartopipe that was made specifically for the PBCs. Now with the change they made to the bottom it doesn't make contact with the battery connection on the pipe.

I have the same problem with the reborns on a vision mini.

Yeah mine make contact on my Spinner and Twist but not on my Jazz. Flavor is still muted.

I've got no suggestions for muted flavor.
The full flavor is one of the things I like best about these things. With its short wick, bottom coil and no filler, I'm not sure what there is that could mute flavor, for me it's about as close to dripping that I've seen.

Is this on a new one or are your coils gunked up?

Maybe somebody else can offer a suggestion.

No problems on 2 vision spinners or even a silver bullet. Just the vision mini has a problem.

I've had entire weeks where this happens. I have to switch juice flavors when the flavor on one totally disappears. Comes back when I return to it later...
