Just to clarify, are these reborns different than the other manufacturer out there of CE3s who's name rhymes with flokepess grimage?
Yes, the reborns are a new design and are indeed different than what those guys sell. See the pictures I posted on page 23 post #227

I'm not sure if the origional phoenix XL is the same stuff as what they call CE3's but for some reason I've had better luck with the ones I've purchased from Gotvapes than the ones I got from the other guys. Hopefully somebody can let us know.

Yes, the Phoenix XL is the same design as a CE3. There's also a CV3, same thing, all by different manufacturers. I can't speak for which is better, I've only ever bought the Phoenix.

I think he was asking if they are exactly the same...same manufacturer, same specs...completly identical and not clones or knockoffs or "b-stock".

I just received my reborns.
I have tried 2 so far and they are not feeding very well.
I'm having to squeeze the tube to get bubbles out of the wick holes, if I don't do this I get a burnt taste.
Has anyone else experienced this.
Not sure why they are acting this way.
I may try trimming the wicks flush.

I assume that you're letting the sit or rest, battery end down, after filling before use. I have noticed a couple that have needed that massage to get the liquid into, and the air out of, the atomizer chamber. Once that's done, they feed fine. That's happened after a cleaning as well and I think may be related to these being a little more "air tight", which is a good thing since that makes them less prone to leaking.

Just my opinion, worth what you're paying for it, your results and mileage may vary, no warrantee or guarantee is expressed or implied.

I'm having a heck of a time trying to get the tube off the base for cleaning.
I think with the extra surface area due to the longer base it's much harder to get the tube off than the origional's were.

About the dry hits, I did notice that for the first few hits before things get going. A little patience on those first few hits and then everything wicked properly.

That's funny. I've pulled the tubes on all of them, empty of course, and haven't had much of a problem at all. I have noticed that the inner tube diameter seems to be a tiny bit smaller than a CE3 which might account for that kind of a problem. I have to admit that I think these are providing a better vape than a CE3 and that's a pretty good vape!

I get mine off but I do not know why they made the tube go all that way on that long base. They created a new base. They should have moved the shoulder half way up and kept the old air tubes. They would be easier to get off and they would have maintained the original capacity.
