Is it just me or does anyone else find the low ohm atty to be a little harsh. I just can't seem to get it running smoothly. It's killer great on a regular atty.
Yep a little harsh, but just like a joye 510 on fresh off the charger 3v batteries.
Just gotta keep it wet to enjoy it. I have been using it all day in fact, and it's been kicking my ....!!!!

I was just thinking (for a change), the ultimate compliment you can pay to a mod is when you're sitting there with a pile of different ones to choose from (in my case 5 of 'em) and you only want to use one while the others sit there and gather dust! It's only been one day now but I just don't see myself using anything else! I just love the way this fits in my hand.
I think it will have a breaking in period, but this Magnum atty will hit pretty harsh when it starts getting dry. I don't think it wicks as well as a regular 510 for some reason and so I find myself dripping and topping off a bit more frequently. I hope this will improve as it breaks in though.
I have noticed how good this thing hits at standard 3.7 voltage with regular 510 attys also. I was vaping some Pear Lung with TrustFire 18650 last night on a Joye 510 atty and it was pumping out tons of vapor.

Last post for a while, promise. I just put 2 3v CR123's in and switched to a 4.5ohm HV atty and WOW. Absofreakinlutely awesome. The best vape I've ever had! Bye now .......

question being you guys are talking about it. keeping the atty wet.. What is the best way to keep the atty wet on a 510? Should i just drip or use a cart? I normally use the KR808 cartos and the greencig so i really dont know. just actually started with the 510 like a month or so ago. I wont even try the Greencig carto on the woody. Ill just keep using the greencig batterys with those. But back to the KR808 has anyone tried the kr808 with the woody yet? or is everyone that got there woody already just using 510 s?

I started out dripping on mine then tonight I switched to a cart. For me the cart is working much better I am getting more out of it with less topping off or dripping.
I haven't tried anything but the KR808. I love my cartos and really love them on the 18650 battery. I guess I will get around to trying the 510 and the new atty that came with it but right now just enjoying simple and wonderful.

I also have not used the atty as yet cause I wanted to do a fair comparison between XHaler at 3.7 and the Woodie. I got the AW 16850 batteries from another source and had them all charged up and ready to work.
At first I really didn't see much of a difference, but as the night wore on I can indeed tell that the Woodie hits a bit harder than the XHaler.
I am switching back and forth with 2 cartos between Octane Signature and Pear Lung and must say the taste and TH are both stonger on the Wood than the XHaler.
With the longer battery life and the storage for the extra filled carto, this unit has lots going for it.
Still want the "NHaler Auto Feed Special" when and IF it comes out... but this one is quickly climbing to the top of the heap for devices.
There was a small blemish on the inlay that I was at first not too happy about and I had to adjust the screw that holds the magnet because the cover kept falling off, but the cover is now fixed and I will have to look past the blemish I guess. Other than that happy so far and this is all before trying ANY attys!.

Mailman just came and i got my Woody. Ran into the house like a kid on Christmas day. Carefully opened the package as not to disturb anything and behold there it was. the Woody wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a orange Nhaler bag. Just beautiful. I checked everything out now i have to leave for the day. But i have my Woody on me so when i get to my destination and i have some time i will start vaping. Im a very happy guy today. Thanks Drew for taking care of me and wrapping it with extra care. Your the best man. Gonna be a great weekend.
I will post very late tonite when i come back home. Most people will be sleeping then but i will be here vaping away with my new best friend.

I think there may also be another reason for why it was seeming to be a bit harsh. The LiMn batteries may be a bit strong off the charger...a little over 4 volts. I have been using the same battery now for over 24 hours and there is no more harshness. I am still getting used to the new magnum and the new battery, but so far I'm loving it.

Hey Up in Vapor - You are spot on about the atty/batty thing. Pete had mentioned the atty seemed harsh and it did to me at first until the batteries settled in. I didn't change batteries again until late this afternoon and the harshness was there again until the batteries settled down a bit. After that the flavor is FREAKING AWESOME!!!
BTW, anyone catch all the cool crap we're missing out on not being at vapefest?? Everyone is walking around w/ mini xhalers, delrin drip tips, etc and I'm SO bummed I didn't go now!!! Thank goodness I have the Woody to keep me company LOL!

I am so bummed out about not being at Vapefest. I swear on my Phidias that I won't miss the next one! We need to start planning a southern Vapefest!
