Here's a shot of the wifes Phoenix, with her favorite vape..Rage..which is the most intense Cinnimon I have ever tasted. I have to dry burn the coils every re-fill (3 thus far), but the tubes do not show any signs of cracking at all. This stuff turns to syrup by the time it hits empty, but they just keep on truckin'...these thing are AWSOME !!

The red drip tip looks cool - and a nice match for the cinnamon juice! Which type is it - bottom or top coil?

Ok well I bought 2 3ml sleeveless Phoenix's. Got them yesterday and 1 is doa. Now the other is acting weird haven't even vaped a full tank yet. I think the fill hole is to big like the c8's. This isnt my first run with these carts. I filled upside down all the way. After it starts getting the air bubble in it. It get gurgly then if I wait alittle whole it start dumping juice. Lost about 2mls so far. Not happy. I completely emptied it and vaped the wicks dry. Blow out what was in the air tube and dry buried alittle and filled it up again. With the same results. I think the fill hole needs a plug or made smaller like the xl size. Please help

I haven't had any problems with the 3ml bottom coil. It's great for work no worries if I get stuck doin ot I won't run out of juice. Gonna have to get another and a couple of back up replacement tubes.
I like the top coils and haven't had any problems with them. I like the warm vape but for some unknown reason I like the bottom coils better.

I really like the long wick Stardust and hope they get the new colored one soon. I gotta just sign my paycheck over to Chris and Dan lol

Zipper,

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... oh wait, let me start over.

Years ago ECF allowed animated avatars (I think likely because they just didn't think to NOT allow them). AFAIK I was the first ECFer to have an animated avatar (though 2-3 other people followed suit shortly thereafter). Back then to have an animated avatar you had to be a Supporting Member and it was one of the benefits of becoming one (and I was one back when the economy was good).

I took a 16 month ECF "vacation" and uppon my return came to find out that animated avatars weren't allowed anymore (I don't believe even for Supporting Members). Well, this just would NOT do as my avatar is who I am and so I set out to restore The Tongue®.

This was right at the time AngusATAT stepped down (or was he pushed? :p) as Forum Manager and OldSoldier took over. So Angus couldn't do it for me (and the compromising photos I have of Angus became useless!) and I had never spoken to OldSoldier (gotta admit, he is sorta scary!). So instead I contacted Rolygate, one of the 2 owners of ECF (along with SmokeyJoe). I knew Roly from my pre-vacation days and through threats and intimidation I convince him to consider allowing me my avatar back.

Roly got all the mods together and they voted on whether or not to make an exception and allow me to have it, and while the vote was very close, I did prevail! So I'm allowed to have it but it took OldSoldier to actually change my settings, which is why I can't change it for fear of losing it forever! I used to switch it up every so often (though I still stuck with The Tongue®) but now without OldSoldier's help I'm afraid that any attempt by me to change it will result in it not working.

So long story short, animated avatars add very slightly to load times, and they can be distracting so I don't see ECF allowing them much. If they were to ECF could quickly turn into the MySpace of ecig forums (and there's enough of those out there already!).

If you REALLY want to pursue it, I'd start by buttering up OldSoldier with tons of praise and adulation (he's a sucker for being called "sexy"!). Then, after 2-3 years of constant sucking up, you MIGHT have a chance! (or you could just ask him, worse he could say is "no" and then permenantly ban you from ECF for bothering him!) :p

Can someone tell me the difference between the top coil and the bottom coil Phoenix. With is better? Are these better than the fluxomizers?

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

i dont have the top coil but i do have both BC phoenix and the new fluxo. unmodded, you can not vape thick liquids in the phoenix. thin liquids however, wick flalessly and the vapor is cooler compared to the fluxo.

im sure you will get many more thoughts on this. tube seems to be the same on both, will not crack regardless of juice. the BC phoenix is very very easy to clean.

ok, I generally vape 70pg/30vg or 90pg/10vg.. should I have a problem with those? I have one juice that is 60/40.

I just got in the fluxomizer. I did notice that I was getting dry hits so I lifted the rubber nipple, now it is perfect. Whats the difference between the fluxomizer and the phoenix? -

BTW, I am using 808 thread 2.4-2.6 on volt 380Mah batteries. I do have the X2 1300Mah, but I want these for my batteries when I am on the road
