well...it's confession time.... I'm feeling kinda mushy the last couple of days towards all you guys...
I never dreamed I'd be posting huggy and lovy things..I'm supposed to be a tough oldbroad but you guys got to me.
Geez I have a dang tear starting....
Being here has brightened up my life a lot, I've only talked on the phone to a few of you, I've only met one of you in person
and yet I feel a bond with you that feel wonderful.
When one of you is hurting I want to fix it.When one of you is ill I want to cure it. I want to give all of you a great big fat hug.

It all sounds delicious! I just had my Mom and Sis over for roasted chicken, sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots and a big o' mess of greens. A little piece of peanut brittle would be perfect right now.
Or pistachio brittle...yummmmm.
Delilah...have you ever had cream of parsnip soup? It's stunningly good! I had it at a " fancy" restaurant the other day...you know, the kind where's there's only nos. instead of the price, lol... I don't know what possessed me to try it but I'm really glad I did...thick, rich and creamy, a tad sweet with slight bite.
I ordered a bowl to take out!

No I haven't. Tonight was the first time I've ever had parsnips, but not my last.
I bet they would make a nice soup.
lol, Karen started this whole parsnip thing when she talked about mashed parsnips.I never would have dreamed I'd eat them in any way, shape or form,lol.
I couldn't remember who started it, but I knew it was somebody in REOvil that made me curious! Thanks, Karen, they are good!
