Are you battery guru's still using aw imr 18650's in the Grands? Seems like I've skimmed over a few posts about panasonic?

I am. AW's are Panasonics. Andrew Wan tests Pannies and jackets/labels the best performers. The rest get sold off to lesser brands.

So, you could buy Panasonics straight and take your chances on quality control, or you can buy AW's and get Panasonics with Wan's signoff.

Being a software developer, I will always give precedence to testing.

For mechanical mods, the AW's perform just as well as the Panasonics.

Thanks, Tripp and Dave!

Jen, I am still using AW IMR 18650's that I bought 2 years ago! I have never had any of my AW's quit charging or holding a charge. I have received some in packages I bought that did not last long.

Only the AW IMR for me. And I also stay with the 1600 ohm on the 18650.

Hi Cynthia. if it were me, I'd order the tubing and change it myself. I haven't had to do this, but it's not difficult and you won't be without your Reo. Maybe try a tiny piece of clear packing tape for a "bandaid" meantime?

And congrats on your new addition to the family!!! Good to see you here!

Ok, I need advice from my Reo buddies. I noticed this morning when changing flavors there is a slit in my tubing between top of bottle and the connector.

Do I -

A) order new tubing and change it myself
B) send to Rob
C) toss Reo

Cynthia

Cheapest and quickest is to order the new tubing and change it yourself. It is not that hard to do.

In the mean time you can pull off the tubing and turn it upside down with the split in the bottle.

Of course if you want to just toss the REO you can toss it my way! I will even pay postage!

Order the tube/cap assembly from Rob. In the meantime, you can pull that tube off, flip it and reinstall it so the slit end dangles in the juice bottle.

Edit: the new tubes have thicker walls and are much more durable. Might as well upgrade!

LOL sorry I don't think this Reo is leaving me hands unless it is to let it have a vacation in the Reo spa.

I feel like a newbie all over again. Free index thread is too big :( Then again it is 2am. My CC got hacked earlier, and I think I'm coming down with a cold (first in over a year). Joy.

All this recent business has made me nervous. I think I might stick to paypal sites for awhile till I can pick up one of these prepay credit cards. How do they work out on sites?
Let's see that will limit me to RTD Vapor and Reo... Nice match. :D

I got a NetSpend card and I load it with funds at a local Dollar General store. It costs me approximately $3.00 to put money on it, but I'm not worried about it getting highjacked. I don't leave a significant amount of funds on it.

It works like any other credit card on webstores.

I miss the auto generate card number feature paypal and the bank used to have. Why did only the consumers think this was a good feature?
