Indeed very, very sad news from Ray. Like Gil says sometimes God intervenes and can produce a miracle, but He will do whats best for her. I like to thank you all for your prayers for Ray's dear sis. Someday your prayers for others will be a blessing for you. 
I am deeply saddened by this news. I will certainly pray for them both.
Deeply saddened here, too. Sis is so fortunate to have such a loving and caring brother to send her on as comfortably and with as much dignity as possible. As pain of loss begins to subside for Cappy hoping he will help himself to heal knowing that he did everything humanly possible to make his beloved sister's rough journey one filled with love, compassion, and companionship.

I just blew my diet. I was only gonna have a little bit of clam chowder as a treat. Nope. Ate it all. And, as usual didn't sleep well so now I am fat and content and sleepy! Which isn't good at all, according to "my fitness pal" I am going to go over today big time, and I can't do anything to make up for it (like exercise?).
I can change dinner plans though. DH was going to get some cauliflower and broccoli and I was going to make a quick casserole with cauli, cheese and ham. I will still make it, but instead I can roast a "steak" of cauliflower for my dinner. I am hoping for the cat's and Dh's sake that eating a bit of roast cauliflower for dinner is not quite as bad as eating half a roasted cabbage...

Afternoon new friends! My buddy sent one of his a7s today and I boiled it, and recoiled myself a horrible looking coil. It's posting at 1.4 and with a few adjustments isn't so bad. It's only my third coil and I must say the a7 looks lovely on the grand! I also got some mini resurrectors and a cisco atty, tomorrow get another a7
My passover work is finished and vapefest is finally happening. I have no plans other then maybe a pipe mod and some pipesauce.

I like the A7 on the Grand also. I use a 510/510 adapter on mine usually so the center post does not cause a problem. Sounds like you have it all figured out!
A little califlower, some broccoli, and some ham would not be bad! You must eat well to keep healing!
I just feel safer with it on. Adapters can cause problems, I get mine from Robert cause I figure that he has good ones. Never had a short with one of his adapters.
I never have? And mine works fine? What problem! Crap, now I have to think about a problem and everything was going so well.
You don't have to use one Valerie. Just pay attention to the center post on the bottom before you put it on. Also don't put it on too tight.

You can cause a short and break the spring right? Knowing me I will surely do this so I should pick up some IMMEDIATELY~
The short will happen and the spring will collapse. It is then rendered useless if you pull it back up. It won't collapse twice.
My daughter had about 8 shorts from the A7's. Some might have been the coils or loose post screws. But I checked her bottom center posts and they were loose also.
With the condom mod you can make the post more solid. But if your REO needs the post to be lower to work you have to be really careful.
I don't use an adapter with my VV Grand. It has short protection.
