Mornin' Michelle. Firefly was the first one I asked about his Grand. So it was largely his review on the live chat that finally got me to pull the trigger. I'll never forget that. I forgot his real name, think it starts with an S. Do you know him irl?

Yussur I do. His name is Luke, he actually is the one who makes my peaches... he tries all the mods. He is rocking a precise right now. He still haunts live chat and that is where I met him.
I ate a piece of chicken yesterday and tried to choke on it and now my throats hurts. Maybe I scratched it? Ugh

I have got to tell you guys about my yelp. I am so... well idk what I am. I waited about 3ish months to see a doctor. Anyways I get in and they didn't give the service I wanted (gawd do I even want to type this again... lol) but they were pushing this medication, but you have to go through some hoops to get it. I was willing to try and and took 1 month doing all the steps. The day after I finished they were supposed to release me to go get the medication and they didn't. A few more days and phone calls almost everyday they still didn't fix this. Well my blood work and stuff expired and I now cannot get it until I go through the whole process again. btw I paid for all these tests and visits. I was logging the whole progress on Yelp. It does not bode well for them. Anyways I called the program who regulates the meds and they were not happy. The doctor entered my blood work the night of the last day I had to get the medication. The pharmacy wasn't even open. It is a big medical facility I think a personal visit is in order and I don't want to feel "pushed around" by them. As they had a great sales pitch but dismissed what I actually wanted done. Can I ask for my money back? I didn't get any services... at all as a result. This is going to be awkward now as when I got in I will be the one who "complained".

That doesn't seem right at all and you deserve some sort of action. Don't feel intimidated and demand answers!!!

I am seriously considering going out to celebrate New Beers Eve. The end of prohibition! Yay!

When I went out to lunch with a friend the other day, she was a little late but called to tell me that as she was driving to the restaurant, her neighbor phoned her and told her that the garage had not shut. Her Harley is in there, so she needed to go back and shut it. So I told her I would wait in the bar, no problem. Well, they had that trivia game I like to play (which I didn't know!) so I was pretty happy playing trivia and sipping a beer while I waited (especially having been cooped up for so long!). I am going to see if DH wants to take me to celebrate New Beers Eve and play some trivia. Plus I have a coupon for food there

I hope he falls for the old, "Let's celebrate Happy New Beers Eve!"

ETA: and they are vape friendly of course!

Good afternoon, most of you...morning for some of us.
I...am....exhausted. Haven't slept well in a week. Feel hung over but haven't had a drop of alcohol in weeks. I hate feeling lame. Oh well...I'll worry about that later. Been setting up my client folders with their respective design files because I am now officially the designer for our magazine. We let our latest and greatest designer go yesterday. And I'm honestly on the fence about how I feel about it. Thus far he is the best person we've ever had working for us...the most flexible and patient. But money crunches demand action. So now I'm on my own. I feel badly for him, but he knew it would be temporary...that if things didn't change economically, this would be the outcome. Just went through 6 months worth of live files and now I need to start building pages since I've had a few people send in their ads early and I want to get as much of a head start on this cycle as I can because my work load just tripled. I think I'm going to call him today...to thank him and make sure we're square with licenses and stuff. I don't want to be taking advantage of him. *sigh*...this sucks.
On the bright side, I think I'm ready for this. I'm happy with what I've been producing so I think I'll be okay. And having the extra funds on hand will save us a ton of money and we can get to taking care of some long over due debts we owe. I don't mind being in debt when the debt is manageable...but when clients pay late or don't pay at all and we fall behind in our business bills...that makes me sick to my stomach. So now we'll be able to start fixing that. I just hope that the economy can move forward a little more quickly now so we can get caught up and stay that way. Seriously...I WANT to hire some folks to help me with my workload because I just can't do any more than what I've got on my plate now.
Sorry for my whining... I know I should be thankful for what I have...and I am. I guess I just want more.

Still loving my reo a few weeks in. The ease and not having to think has really been pleasant at work.. I finally built a proper coil last night for one of my a7s and I'm quite happy with the outcome. I used the thread in this subforum for a little more guidance even though I basically know what I'm doing. Using a cheaper Rba has showed me that in the future I'm definitely gonna want something better built.
One thing that pisses me off is the post holes on these RBA's are never ever lined up which just causes me the most pain in throwing together a nice looking coil. Really looking forward to reomizer 2.0 now.

You do bring up a very good point, it is "New Beer's Eve" so Beer Day must be tomorrow right

ETA: I looked that up, and sure enough tomorrow is "National Beer Day". Excellent.
