You are definitely right about that! I am on my way now to run into town and do errands before the heat sets in. Wearing my bathing suit for a quick dip in the lake on the way home.

I don't usually post things like this here, but most of us are parents who use our cell phones to take pics of our kids. This is actually quite scary.

I'm glad I always turn off my GPS on my Android- I figured there was too much info embedded in these pics.
Before I did that I noticed that my "library" on my Droid saved pics for time and location (actual longitude/latitude) very accurately. On the other hand, having GPS tracking on my Reo would be a great thing!

Not to get all soap-boxy, but all cell phones are a privacy risk. You can be tracked via GPS, the phone can be turned into a microphone/camera remotely without you knowing about it, and you can bank on everything you say on it being monitored and/or recorded somewhere.
I refuse to carry a cell, not just because of the privacy concerns, but because I refuse to be available 24/7. I've only had one cell in my life, and that was assigned to me by a job that I ended up quitting because I wouldn't take the phone off my desk. Ever.
