Yay Zoomie! Yes, I remember her. Jasmine looks like a doll, and #$@$%%@# to her previous owners. I hate people like that.She looks very happy now, at least. =D And cozy. =)
Ya, she was in rough shape when we got her. They bread her with a larger breed dog, kept her kenneled all the time. In the photo where she's in the blankie...that was the day we brought her home. What little fuzz that was on her ears was rotten...thick with some kind of black tar like substance. I had to scrape that all off ...and the hair came with it. It took me days of preening before I got her ears clean again. She had lost nearly all of the caramel colored hair. She had an extreme fear of men too...but we've since fixed that. The only time they let her out of the kennel was so that the kids could play dress up with her...so she's not very keen on kids either. But she is warming up to Teagan. She is the most lovey of all the dogs that have owned me. Always full of kisses...and she's my little shadow.
