Yes...those that we know are on the other side of the Cascades from that fire. It does make me sad though. I lived in Ellensburg for several years...and love the town of Cle Elum. I hope Roslyn (town) is out of harms way. CLE ELUM, Wash.: Central Washington wildfire burns 40 homes | Northwest News | The Bellingham Herald Where that fire is burning is some of my old stomping grounds.
And those farther east should be out of harms way. Spokane is a long way away from that fire.

I had bad dream last night.
dreamt that i was ordering new Reo Mini and was told. ((you cant order!, because I had two already. Only 2 Reo limit))
was really mad. but woke up this morning and realized it was only a dream lol
so come payday, im ordering my third and noone stopping me!!!

Glad they are away from you Lisa! But it is always sad to see places demolished by nature. I think fire is one of the worst things. It creeps along, and devours. Not like a tornado that strikes all of a sudden. So sad.
Yes it is sad....there's a lot of history in that area. Tons of it. Those are some of the first towns established in this state. Some of the cabins out there are from the times of the first settlers...Roslyn has one of the oldest graveyards ....it's a fascinating place to visit. All the graves are segregated by race & religion. There's even a large plot for witches.

I remember the first time I bought some butter out here being surprised that the cubes were so short compared to how they were back east. I put it off to the difference being the company not regional.
Woo is me - WF called me this morning that they thought my credit card had been compromised with 2 different charges done overseas and online that totaled $1200+.
The kinda funny one thing was one of them was via paypal and not the card I have associated with my paypal account. So after I got done with WF I called the other credit card and had that card cancelled too to be safe and then went to paypay and changed passwords there.
So right now I'm am credit cardless until I get the new cards. I am so glad WF caught this. They were on the ball because the charges hadn't even made it to my cc account before they called me. Thumbs up to WF.
