Best of luck on getting your approval Darrel! If the bank approved it, you have an excellent chance of getting approved by the Mtg insurance co, that's what I do. Most often, the bank will let you know if they anticipate problems getting your MI.

I stopped paying attention to my ERA status since I got my Chalice, but I have a feeling it will be equally awesome. Wow $100 dollar profit on a chalice is crazy. I have a feeling he will have to drop the price down. Cause that would mean the grand would still have to be full retail. And both are used. If only for a spilt second.
I did. Took a pair of small vice grips wrapped in tape and rags but it came out unscathed. Back at home on the VVWOOD. Loving it. Had to put it down just now. Getting a nic OD. So much flavor!

Things really started looking up for me. I FINALLY got a job! I'm so happy!
I'm ready to throw the Chalice in the trash I'm so frustrated. I've tried and tried and tried and will keep trying but I don't know what gives. My set up looks the same as the other pictures but something is off. Probably me.

Bummer....about the Chalice. I tried the one my hubs set up, but I don't know a thing about them yet. I hope you can figure it out soon. But even if you decide it's not for you, I'm sure you can sell it in the classies pretty easily.

My impulsivity has not yet led the Chalice to the classifieds. I've thought about it many times because I get so frustrated but I'm not ready to give up until I have the VV Reo in my hands
Wow! I actually might buy one now (a regular REO) I hope the job works out
Hang on a bit. I wind my coils on a needle they arent perfect but they work. i leave the coil and wick on the needle while threading the wire thru the studs it seems to keep it better lined up for me dunno if that maybe will help
