i have some nicrome that came with the ERA and some kanthal that Clyde gave me i do about 4 wraps and my ERA coil meters at 1.7Ω

im having trouble getting the chalice to fire the ERA fires ok but i get weak vapor

I know you like your attys hot. Try finding some 30 or 28GA wire. This will allow you to make the atty hotter. With more wraps it will give the juice more wire surface area to heat up on and give you a better vape.

are you using the Challis on the Grand or the VVW.

ive tried it on a kicked grand and my woodville and on the VVW

Check the screws that hold the wire in place. if there lose you will get a week vape.
