I fell asleep on the couch, woke up and went to bed, it was only 9:30!
Woke up at 4 and did some laundry and chores. It will be nap time by 10.
Well I try very hard to stay up to a certain time at night.
If I don't keep on a schedule my sleeping goes into insomnia.
The bad part is even keeping to a schedule, my sleep time isn't great.

Use to get those. I just realized the other day that I haven't had one since I quit smoking. I think because I don't have near the trouble with my sinuses.

I guess that's the one downside to working with my husband in the same office. We don't agree on music choices or volume, so when we're working together (which is most of the time), we're not listening to music.
