There are quite a few who didn't like the idea of defacing their mod. It was an easy in, easy out modification that left their Grand in tact. Plus, having that extra metal in there tightened up the space the Kick fits in, so there was less wobble in the Kick and it's connection. I haven't used the Kick myself....so I'm guessing based on the information I've gathered so far.

Also, I killed about 5 kicks doing the ground to the side thing. The Kick is made for tube mods. It also builds up residue where it is touching the side and has to be cleaned. I got some small gauge copper solid wire and just soldered mine in my 18490 metal mini 2.0. No problems after that. But now I use Rebuildables on all my REOs so no need for kicks. Just make a lower ohm coil. vaping my 18490 at about 13 14watts on a AW 3.7 and .9ohm 28 gauge coil with the Hornet.

I offically think my battery charger is lost in mail. This sucks big time. I have been back to the Ego Twist since Sunday. All I want for Christmas is my fing charger.

How exactly does it process two days before electronic notification happens?

I think the downsizing at the post office is just now really taking effect. They can't keep up with the huge holiday volume. We are going to have to start using UPS and paying more, I have had 2 packages completely lost. Luckily they were from awesome vendors that made it right.

We had all that wind/rain yesterday. I honestly thought a couple of times my roof was going to lift off. But it's a beautiful, sunny day here today. Just still really cold. :)

Good morning Reonuts. The big red ball is high in the sky and I have yet to be to bed. Was up all night guarding Pietro's priority box of world famous Apple Fritter juice against those unscrupulous individuals who covet his Christmas present. Some of the technology used to guard such a precious treasury are the same that many now wish to ban. The logical conclusion is unescapable, we will soon be living in a world of lawful juice owners and those who will have no legitimate deterrent from violently stealing juice from lawful juice owners.

This knee-jerk and misguided, (albeit well meaning by most people) leaves me with one basic life's philosophy... They can have my juice when they pry it from my cold dead hand. (Okay, okay, if they raise their voice and threaten to pummel me with snowballs I'm gonna hand all of it over to 'em but I'll still be very miffed.)

Packing up my 'bug out' bag as we speak with assorted MRE's, bottles of water, 2 cases of 5 Hour Energy and the entire collection of Lee Child Novels plus a copy of War and Peace in preparation of standing in line at the post office to mail Pietro's package. (I'm also carrying a copy of my will replete with detailed burial instructions if things don't go well.)

All of this, and much, much more will be accomplished... as soon as I finish my coffee.

Good morning, everyone!
Happy Friday! :)
This morning we woke up to a coating of ice. :grr: I'm supposed to be on the road right now and am delaying my departure to suck down an extra cup of coffee, don warmer clothing, and to have my worries relieved by hearing more traffic on the roads. It was the most eerie thing waking up to no freeway or road noise of any kind....without snow. I have determined though, that I will head up to the mountains today. If I don't do it now, it won't get done with the weather that is coming. Spoke with a few trusted clients up there and they tell me the roads are clear and relatively dry. I can always do the local stuff later. So boots are on, Sorels are packed with spare socks. All I need now is for the caffine to kick in, put a hat and coat on and I'm out the door. Today I will be sporting the hip design by Kay in all it's fiery red glory.

Thanks, Valerie & Sashwa :) I'm still a little wary, but I'll be fine, I'm sure. This is the first time I'll be tackling these conditions without 4 wheel drive. I haven't had to drive 2wd since I was 20 because I do often go where the snow is....if it doesn't come to me. New car, my child riding shotgun = a little concern. Snow is easy for me, ice just pisses me right off. Nothing like driving down a 2 lane highway at 10mph at a 10° angle for 40 miles, while passenger & driver rotate sitting on windowsill snapping ice off the windshield. Scariest ~4 hour drive home ever.
