Hi Gang! I got two meters from RTD today. (Shipped the same day I ordered them) but I think the directions blew out the window already lol. Anyways, the tube voltage meter reads firing voltage and also voltage under load. I'm not sure what the diff is. Also I have some leakage coming from right around the thumbwheel. I dont want to just take it apart but is that happening to anyone else? TIA

That exact tip may be hard to find but if you're open to other stone tips try a google search for tru-stone or bully (bullie) drip tips.
You think its ok to open up that cover or will stuff fall out? I remember Rob saying not to go in there just cant remember why exactly.
If you have juice in there it sounds most like your gasket Insulator is leaking.
unless you are inclined to taking things apart and putin them back together i would leave it to Rob but taking the black delrin cover off will expose the chip i had one off and got it back together ok and no things wont all fall out

I would say that their are no user serviceable parts inside. If you are getting juice inside, it could be your connector in the catch cup, but these are pretty new mods, unless you use it as your only device 24/7 I can't imagine that it would already be worn out. More likely it could be coming out of the catch cup and getting in the door from the top. But I am usually wrong. Alice had good luck with her VVG dipping it in some 99% Iso Alcohol to clean them, but that would only work if you found the source of the problem. I would get a sealed 510 to 510 adaptor, and if that stops the juice from coming in (though rendering the REO feed usless) you would know the problem is the inside the connection.
