I would say that their are no user serviceable parts inside. If you are getting juice inside, it could be your connector in the catch cup, but these are pretty new mods, unless you use it as your only device 24/7 I can't imagine that it would already be worn out. More likely it could be coming out of the catch cup and getting in the door from the top. But I am usually wrong. Alice had good luck with her VVG dipping it in some 99% Iso Alcohol to clean them, but that would only work if you found the source of the problem. I would get a sealed 510 to 510 adaptor, and if that stops the juice from coming in (though rendering the REO feed usless) you would know the problem is the inside the connection.

Hey Dan! Thanks for the input. I've seen no juice overflowing the catch cup, as that would be pretty obvious, so I feel confident its somehow bypassing the connector or leaking from underneath. I guess I'm going in lol.

I don't really know what would be gained but a "yep there's your problem" unless you have a repair kit from Rob to replace the seal. Have you tried pushing up on the bottle to get the connector to move up. You can screw on your atomizer much less that way and just raise it up from inside. You could see that seal from the top. That way you aren't over tightening the atomizer and ripping the seal.

I woke up and lo and behold I find something I might be able to contribute to. My little baby, the Koa, was leaking and for the life of me I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Always had juice all over the place. When I vaped I looked like Louie Armstrong playing the trumpet... had to have a handkerchief in my hand.

I was squonking, (I love that word), with the door off one day and noticed that juice was coming out of the feed tube just below the brass nipple. (I love that word too.) There was a vertical split in the tube that was almost invisible unless you actually looked at it while the juice was squirting out.

Probably not your problem but at least I tried to help.

My antibiotics don't seem to be helping, I'm gonna see if scotch works better... alcohol kills germs.

My doctors don't even shake their heads in dismay anymore, they know that when I hurt myself more than I can tolerate I wash down my morphine or dilauded with a splash of scotch. It help take the edge off the pain and lets me get a little sleep.

I never overdo it and I'm smart enough to use the cheap stuff, Dewars... not the good Macallan.

Never tried it with strong antibiotics though, might really do a job on my tummy. Already having enough problems with that.

Jack very well may have a point. This happened to me once with the old tube. Although really shouldn't be happening with the new thicker tube.

What are you doing to my baby Jack ????
