I am a firm believer that waxing does really help our wood REO's!
Since almost all of mine have come from the classy's I have received some that looked like they were never waxed. They would sure soak it in. It makes a world of difference in the inside and on the back of the door. The color and grain will show and with a little time they once again look like the awesome REO that was first sold.
The protection it gives is just another plus. juice wipes right off a good wax job!!!.............

Bank, CPA, realtor all calling thinking their business is more important than the others and keep changing their requirements Seems like every 2 minutes I'm getting calls. Tell them to take a close look at your paperwork, especially that birth date thing, and ask them if they really need it TODAY or if they can possibly aggravate you TOMORROW. Maybe one of them will feel all fuzzy and be nicer.
