Remind me not to take tylenolPM again, I always wake up stiff as a board the next day, every joint is sore now. When all I wanted to do was sleep earlier. Maybe Val can explain why tylenol does this

Tylenol PM has both tylenol (acetaminophen) and benadryl (diphenhydramine). Tylenol has a rare side effect of muscle spasm, but that doesn't sound like what you are describing. Do you get this when you just take Tylenol? If so, that is your culprit.
I gave up the Tylenol and just take the diphenhydramine to help me sleep.
I sure hope you figure out which one is causing this so you can stay away from it.
hahaha i edited my post and replaced it with "val" at the moment before you clicked reply. But in your response, I'll go with benedryl from now on because this stiffness I feel "the day after" is always linked to tylenol in some way shape or fashion.. I wouldn't say muscle spasms, I'd say more of the feeling you would get if you fell asleep on the couch by accident. So for aches and pains I think I'm gonna try ibuprofen instead, and benedryl for snoozing

Luckily I don't have any long term chronic pains (yet) I grew up playing ice hockey, almost made it to penn state but I couldn't cut it at college level, clearly I peaked in my teens. Although one day I would like to apply to become a licensed ice hockey referree for the kids leagues (you know, those poor souls who get yelled at by hockey moms and threatened by dads), but I have to get more in shape first.
I wish I could help you cheri but Im not diy yet. I can tell you're desperate for answers because first you started asking dave for help then you started to nudge dave for help and thats when I felt like warning him becuse when a woman starts to nudge you, that means she's getting physical and maybe mudflap can back me up on this but, nudging is just a stepping stone to domestic assault! Unless it's kay doing the nudging, then it's ok

omg becky, I missed you. Maybe it's only been 24-72 hrs since we crossed paths but ECF had a little less color in it these past few days for me and now I know why, because I was missing my beckyblues clues.
Cheri it would be better to get 24mg BB (if such a thing exists) and mix that together in equal parts. Reason is that whatever you introduce into your juice other than BB will dilute its flavor some. If you have to use the 100mg nic try and see if a lower nic BB (<18) is a better compromise and like Dave says do so in small quantities to keep waste at a minimum if unacceptable

I can relate to cheri, as noobs, we were inundated with support from a lot of folks in reoland, in my case it was over the chalice, and knowing all these people who came out of the woodwork ready to give advice, almost made me feel complacent in a way
